Club members are welcome to attend board meetings. 12/9/09 Annual Christmas Party The second Wednesday of December the club members & spouses meet in the Ouachita Activities Bldg for the annual Christmas party. The "meet & greet" time is from 6:30-7 PM and the meeting is 7-9 PM. The "business" part of the meeting will be limited to introducing the 2010 proposed Board of Directors and voting on them. The meeting includes sharing snacks, socializing and viewing the "Best of Show & Tell" projects. Don't forget to bring one or more of your favorite "show & tell" items/projects for display at this club meeting. Also bring your spouse to our annual Christmas club meeting. Everyone will much appreciate any desert/cookies you are able to share during the 6:30-7 PM "meet & greet" time. The club will be providing hot coffee and cold drinks during the meeting.
