Shop Equipment and Descriptions
  The cabinet design and construction process starts on Jeff's office computer where he uses "Cabinet Vision" commercial software to design and specify all cabinet dimensions and details.

The Tiger Stop equipment is also linked to the office computer design software and is used to cut all solid wood parts to length. Tiger Stop optimizes wood cuts to eliminate wood defects and generate lablels for each final cut piece.

The Weaver Shaper equipment is used to cut profiles on door stiles and rails.

The Face Frame & Door Assembly Assembly Table uses air clamps to ensure perfectly flat and square final assemblies.

The Blum hinge machine is used to drill and insert perfectly aligned hinge installations.

Grizzly Planer perfectly planes up to 24" wide boards using a spiraled head with cutting blade inserts.

Blum drilling equipment for drilling drawer bottoms and drawer fronts.

Dedicated equipment for sanding round objects and shaping round overs.

SawStop cabinet tablesaw has unique electronic braking system to prevent cutting operator finger(s)when trimming wood pieces.
